Titan Boats, a division of Titan Inflatables Ltd., is located on Vancouver Island in Sidney, B.C. Canada. Titan Boats is the result of over 20 years of dedication to developing the finest vessels of their type. The company has expanded its production line to include conventional aluminum vessels utilizing a modified hull form developed from successful principles of the Titan Rigid Hull Inflatables. Through its line of aluminum boats, the company has been steadily building a reputation for performance combined with a commitment to exceptional quality.

Each vessel is custom built to meet the individual and specific requirements of the client. The standard hull is available in sizes from 16’ to 40’ plus feet [ 4.5 to 12.5 meters ] and can be adapted to suit a wide range of applications. Titan boats have a proven record for durability, seaworthiness, stability and performance in Patrol Duties, Search and Rescue, Police and Fire Fighting, Enviromental and asTourism and Recreational Vessels.

Quality Policy - The company Quality Assurance System is based on and equivalent to ISO 9001-2000 and endeavours to meet all the objectives as identified in the Standard.

Stability Standards -  Met and/or exceeded include; ISO 11812:2001(E),
ISO 12217-1:2002E ISO 6185-3-2001 (E), TP 14619E, TP 3231 E, TP 13430.

Welding - Titan Boats is certified to the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) CSA Standard W47.2, for aluminum welding.

Vessel Building Standards - Titan boats meet and/or exceed marine construction standards. These include TP 1332 “Construction Standards for Small Vessels” and TP 9247E “Standards for the Construction and Testing of Emergency Boats.”
